The popular 7Stanes MTB venue at Dalbeattie will host a race for the first time this weekend, as Round 1 of the Scottish XC series starts from 11am on Sunday. This does mean that the bike trails will be closed – if you want to ride, just enter the race…
The Dalbeattie race is the first of seven rounds of the SXC series, with the others taking in a range of top venues:
- 28 March – Dalbeattie
- 25 April – Fort William
- 23 May – Pitmedden
- 27 June – Aberfoyle
- 25 July – Contin
- 22 August – Drumlanrig
- 19 September – Sidlaws
