“Beer” and “free” are two of our favourite words. So we’re delighted to see that the latest round of Trail
Break’s Fat Tyre Navigator series takes place at the Hogs Back Brewery at Tongham, Surrey (just off the A31 between Farnham and Guildford) this Sunday (April 18).
Trail Break have done rides from the brewery before, but this is the first time that the Fat Tyre series has visited. Trail Break spokesbloke Martin Harrison tells us that “the course will feature a mix of challenges and rewards, in the shape of some tricky to navigate areas and sand traps to punish the unwary, alongside the excellent trails around the Devils Punchbowl
and Puttenham. Film buffs might even recognise a location from a major Hollywood blockbuster en route!”
And then of course there’s the well-stocked brewery shop available to stock up on those essential bottled beverages. And the “free” bit? Trail Break is running a competition to win a case of its very own Hogs Back-brewed Trail Ale – further details on the Trail Break site.
