You don’t see all that many Kenda tyres around the place, although we’ve been pretty impressed by the ones that we’ve come across. The profile of the tyre company is set to be raised somewhat though, with the announcement by distributors Moore Large that Kenda will be supporting Shokwave Racing and the Midland XC race series.

The race series support includes the presence of Kenda Tech Support at all events, giving competitors the chance to try out Kenda tyres and pick the guys’ brains about tread patterns and rubber compounds. Meanwhile the Shokwave Race Team will be racing in local and national XC events and various enduros on board Kenda rubber.
