The annual Cotic Big Day Out once again heads to Sherwood Pines on 21 March offering the chance to ride the latest bikes from Cotic.
Using the Sherwood Pines Visitors Centre as its headquarters, both Cotic owners and non-owners are encouraged to come along for the AQR (A Quick Release) guided rides which will include plenty of twisting single track, with Paul Dexter, Jon Petyt and Ian Potter on hand to do the guiding.
Cotic Bontrager elite racer Kate Potter will be taking time off from training to show riders around the trails aboard her Soda race bike, and Cotic’s founder Cy Turner will also be hitting the trails and available to answer any questions you might have about Cotic bikes.
The first guided ride start at 10am and there’ll be various loops on offer throughout the rest of the day to enable participants to test Cotic bikes on a variety of terrain. The event is open to Cotic owners but non-owners are encouraged to bring their own bikes and kit.
For women mountain bikers, AQR will be hosting a special ‘Ladies Mountain bike day’ on the Sunday.
