Red Bull is calling on aspiring writers, photographers and filmmakers to complete three cycling assignments.

If you’re handy with words, have an eye for a good picture or like nothing better than running around with a video camera you’ve got a good chance of getting behind the scenes at some upcoming events.

There is a last-minute chance to interview Gee Atherton coming up for mountain bike fans – this will be at Red Bull HQ on Monday so get your entries in pronto to be in with a chance.

And BMX enthusiasts will want to get in on the action at Backyard Digger on the 25th.

While for kitsch, eccentric cycling fans there is the chance to whip out the camera and capture the truly bizarre Cobble Wobble which takes place in Somerset on Sunday September 19.
