Dark and White have announced details of their upcoming enduro as well as the British Mountain Bike Orienteering Series.

The enduro at Sherwood Pines will take place later this month on October 31.

Riders will complete as many laps of the 10-15km course, which combines narrow single track and wide fire road, as possible in four hours, with a two hour race also available.

The six event British Mountain Bike Orienteering Series will begin on October 17 in Chapel-en-le-Frith before moving to Carsington Water on November 21.

All six events will take place in the Peak District but exact locations for the subsequent rounds – December 12, January 30, February 20 and March 13 – are yet to be announced.

Riders will be required to visit controls and collect as many points as possible in three hours, with route planning just as important as fitness.
