Contrary to what we were originally told, it turns out that the White’s Level trail at Glyncorrwg will not, in fact, be closed on weekdays during October. You just won’t be able to reach the trailhead by riding along the low-level cyclepath from Cymer. So if you want to ride the trail during the week, you’ll have to start from Glyncorrwg rather than parking at Afan and riding up the valley. You can ride out on the weekends though. The work on the cyclepath is likely to take about five weeks.
White’s Level and the Wall trail are definitely properly closed during the Network Q Rally (5-10 November), though. Updates on www.mbwales.com.
