It might sound like a competitive dad’s dream, but the “Raleigh challenge” is a skills and speed based trial involving traffic cone slaloms and a short time trial. Winners will go on to regional heats, where they stand a chance of winning a Raleigh bike and training sessions with “top riders”.

The events are being held throughout April and May by the BCF, but there’s no need to be a club member to enter. Prizes will also be given for runners up, and every rider will recieve a certificate. The three different age groups are School Year 2 and under, Years 3,4,5 and Years 6,7,8.
