Expert / Espoirs rider Johnny Ratcliffe made it three wins in three races to dominate the 4 race Leisure Lakes winter MTB series.

Riding for Team Marie Curie and JD Cycles he stormed the short 1.5 mile bermed BMX style course at Mere Brow, Tarleton to take overall victory and set out his stall for the 2001 season – If there is one. Meanwhile congratulations to Leisure Lakes for keeping at least some hope of racing alive on their ingenious lakeside course right next to the shop.
