The organisers of the Marin Rough Ride (6 June, East Radnorshire) have announced a couple of new sponsors for the 70km, 85% off-road enduro. First up, eco-aware clothing company Howies has come on board, and digital mapmeisters Tracklogs will also be supporting the event with handy downloadable routes.

Organiser Jeremy Atkinson also tells us that entries are coming in thick and fast. He’s still hoping to be able to offer entries on the day but advises that you might have to take pot luck with your free event t-shirt – pre-entries are guaranteed to get the requested size and indeed guaranteed to get a place…
