It’s looking like it’s going to be a good weekend coming up.
The sun’s cracking the flags all around the country right now, and it looks like
it’s set fair for the weekend.



There are all sorts of weather forecasting things out there in internet land, but
here’s our favourite. Called Wendy Windblows, it’s a chain of dedicated hill top
weather stations that you can call up to find out what the weather is doing right
now. Not what it will do. But what is has done, and is doing at that very minute.

There are weather stations all around the UK, but they’re concentrated
in a few areas. The stations are designed for hang-glider and other airborne nutters,
but they are equally useful for mountainbikers and cyclists wanting to know what
it’s like a few hours away in the car.
