Waugh: Laughing all the way to the banking

Arty photographer-type, Geoff Waugh, has won yet another award for his cycling work with this digital photograph from Welwyn Garden City velodrome. Entitled ‘Trackshadows’, the image was selected by Nikon to win their Fotoshare image of the month award. Judge, Michael Freeman, said; “Instead of going for the obvious, Geoff has worked harder and found graphic interest in the shadows, while still conveying the information”.

Geoff, whose work regularly appears in MBR and Dirt magazines, also picked up the prestigious David Worthy Memorial Trophy earlier this year with a photo from Apt, in France. Go on, Geoff; give someone else a chance!
