If you fancy five days of sun, sangria and cycling in the Spanish Sierras, learning disability charity Mencap, in conjunction with tour company, Tall Stories, are running a fundraising ride in Sepember. Running from 27th of September to 1st October, the ride starts in Granada before taking in the stunning Alpajurra countryside on its way to a rewarding plunge in the Mediterranean.

Following a registration fee of £150, all you need to do is raise the minimum amount in sponsorship.
