Just a quick reminder, coming up this weekend is fourth and final round of the National Points Series downhill taking place at Fort William’s Ben Nevis Mountain Ranges.
New World Cup Champion Steve Peat will going along with the intention of sealing his position at the top of the series, as no doubt will Fion Griffiths who holds a similar position in the women’s after Tracey Mosely scratched round three and dropped to sixth. There’s plenty else happening with several other categories including juniors and masters.
Well-liked by Peat, it’s a top-class venue and one that offers plenty of opportunity for decent spectating, so if you want to see the country’s top downhillers in action, Fort William is the place to head this weekend. According to the website there are entries available at signing on for the four-cross.
