Break the ice and smash away those winter blues with the Mud Runner ICEBREAKER duathlon on February 6.

Based at Eastnor Castle, Herefordshire the Mud Runner ICEBREAKER tackles the same 10km cross country course as Mud Runner CLASSIC, using the same tracks that Land Rovers have been tested and developed on.

A 20km off-road MTB course follows, taking in the estate grounds and the fringes of the Malvern Hills – a mix of open tracks, paths and single track.

A 3km run around the castle lake then comes to an end with a dash to the line in the castle courtyard.
