Reading from the script; The Rally’s impressive line up of events includes all the old favourites: Grass-Track racing, Cyclo-Cross, Mountain Bike Races, Children’s Sports, Children’s Duathlon, BSCA Children’s Skill Tests, Audax Rides, Off-Road Challenge, Touring Routes, Cycle Jumble and Evening Entertainment. Over the Sunday and Monday the Rally hosts a Trade Show with over 40 stands. New for the 2001 Rally is a free to enter competition for all children, with a Dawes Mountain Bike up for grabs for the winners in each of the age category’s (12’s & under and 13-15).
