Thanks to everyone who entered our Gill photo competition – there were some excellent entries. Alas we only have three R21 Rapid Windbrake Smocks to give away, so after much pontification and more than a few cups of tea, here are the winners…

First up is this dynamically damp shot from Wayne Lacko which somehow manages to capture the slightly perverse joy of riding fast in wet conditions:

Here’s John Kerr from the Isle of Wight demonstrating the level of care and devotion that any jacket in his ownership can expect – he doesn’t even take them off for washing:

Undoubted cream of the crop, though, was this superb effort from Tomek Sliwka. His current jacket is made up of carrier bags from Asda, Co-Op, Tesco, Mackays and, moving slightly upmarket, M&S. And it’s absolutely lobbing it down in his pic, too – doesn’t come across too well in this small one but check out the bigger image for the full effect:
