Once again top component manufacturer Race Face is holding the Ultimate Freeride Challenge. This is the third year of the UFC, an all-comers video showdown with a $25,000 sponsorship contract up for grabs.
The way it works is pretty simple. There are sixteen shortlisted entries. Each week RF will post four rider videos on its site. You take a look, vote for the best, whoever gets the most votes moves on to the semi-final. Two riders get voted in to the final and those two will be flown to the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey, California where the winner will be announced at the BIKE Magazine Video Awards Party on April 17.
The winner will recieve the big prize of a sponsorship contract with Race Face, Giant and Manitou worth over $25,000. And if previous years are anything to go by, whoever wins the Ultimate Freeride Challenge will find themselves at the start of a glittering freeride career…
