If you’re keen to try something new in 2009, why not have a go at a Trailquest? The Crudwell Trailquest offers riders the chance to take part in a 3 hour orienteering event around the Wiltshire countryside on 29 March.

Trailquest events encourage riders to use their navigation skills and reach as many control points as possible, picking up points along the way. Harder to reach locations are worth more points, but penalties can be picked up for missing the time limit.

Riders can compete solo or in pairs in the Crudwell Trailquest, the first in a series of such events organised by Midland Trailquests. It costs £9 per rider or £12 if entering on the day. More information and online entry at www.midlandtrailquests.co.uk
