If you read his book “Not about the bike” there’s no doubt what triple TDF victor Lance Armstrong regards as his most important achievement – the birth of his son Luke 2 years ago.

He’s obviously delighted with the happy and healthy arrival of twin daughters Isabelle Rose and Grace Elizabeth, weighing in at 5 lb. 12 oz and 5 lb. 2 oz respectively. He’s quoted on his own website – www.lancearmstrong.com – saying “They are so cool… Luke came over this morning and was holding them and giving kisses…”

The twins were conceived by IVF from samples banked by Lance prior to his operations and chemotherapy for testicular cancer.

Parents and children are all doing well, and we wish them the best of health.
