We’re not going to say much about the 4X and XC events and Mont Sainte Anne because, well, the Brits didn’t do much so we’re not all that interested to be honest. Although Liam Killeen’s 11th in the men’s XC is far from shabby…
It’s pretty tight at the top of the men’s XC leaderboard, with just 10 points separating Christoph Sauser and Julien Absalon. In the women’s things are looking a bit more clear cut – Gunn-Rita Dahle’s won all three races so far and is 150 points clear of Sabine Spitz.
Over in the short, sharp shock world of 4X, it looks like Eric Carter and Katrina Miller are walking away with the men’s and women’s titles respectively. Wins for both at the weekend put them a considerable distance ahead of their challengers.
