Kona Kahuna
The Canadian company isn’t new to 29ers but has just introduced the fresh new Kahuna 29er for the 2012 season.
What makes it special?
Central to the Kahuna is a carbon fibre frame that is the result of the seven years the brand has been developing and riding 29er mountain bikes, and that shows in just how polished the bike is.
A proprietary carbon fibre is used in a frame with a hugely oversized head tube junction and massively sloping top tube, along with short chainstays and a bolt-thru rear axle.
