But also becoming customary year on year, Bikemagic is giving some very lucky readers the chance to get in. Previously we’ve assembled a whole team of readers, sorted them out with bikes and kit and a great time has been had by all. This time around, things are slightly different…
We’re doing this in conjuction with Whyte Bikes. The Whyte squad has two pro riders available for the race, which means that we’re looking for three more to contend the Mixed category. You’ll get the use of a Whyte bike for the weekend, plus kit to ride in, someone to wash and mend your bike and generally all the support you need. You pretty much just need to show up and pedal…

After many entries arrived in the BM inbox for the Whyte/Shift/BM squad places much deliberation ensued, and we can now announce that two of the spaces will be filled by Vince Kamp and Steve Smith Ed Toogood. Congratulations! Somebody will be in contact now to sort the final arrangements.
While they can begin preparations for this weekends event, we’re still seeking a female rider for the final place in the team.
