With the nights drawing in and the festive season approaching, accessory company Proviz has launched a range of light-emitting products to ensure cyclists are as bright as a Christmas tree on the roads this winter.
Proviz’s first collection, now available in stores nationwide, consists of three fluorescent yellow helmets with integrated lights, as well as jackets, rucksacks and rucksack covers with flashing, electroluminescent strips built in.
Proviz managing director Rupert Langly-Smith said: “In today’s cycling environment, not being visible can lead to unthinkable consequences. The Proviz range makes you stand out, both day and night.
“While reflective material is invaluable for cyclists, when there is no light source hitting the material, for example between lanes of cars, it does not do the job.
