We’ve found a great new website that brings some of
the best hardcore mtb routes and tips in the country. MTB Britain, is run by Gareth
Robinson, who has developed the site out of his own homepage, and a 15 year obsession
with mountain bikes.
Photographs are above the usual standard, as Gareths partner is a professional photographer,
although, as all the shots on the site have been taken in winter it’s sometimes hard
to tell. Check out the March cover of the magazine sleazenation to see some of his
better lit work.
They have good contacts with the Welsh forestry commission people, Coed y Brenin
in particular and will be featuring news from there and some frankly awesome "high"
rides in Wales. MTB Britain are also having a connection with the ‘soon to be, new’
Parcnet Welsh Forestry Commission site.
Over the next few months, we’ll be running routes and features on BIKEmagic, supplied
by the MTB Britain blokes. But for now, pop along and have a look.
