Marin are supplying a fleet of Mount Visions to ride
Lupine are supplying lights
Scenes from last year
Mountain Mayhem is one of the biggest 24 hour races in the world. It’s therefore not surprising that actually getting a place on it is a tad tricky. There’s always a mad scramble when the forms are released and always a lot of disappointed teams.
However, ATB Sales (responsible for Marin, Whyte and Norco bikes in the UK), is offering up to five lucky BM readers a ride at Mountain Mayhem. And not just any old ride, either. We’re talking the full race support package – use of a Marin Mount Vision full suspension bike, a Lupine lighting system, a top mechanic available around the clock, race jerseys and shorts, and enough energy food and drink to keep you going throughout the 24 hours. And we’ll chuck in a free new-style Bikemagic jersey too.
Now, the event is taking place next weekend so you’ll need to be quick if you want a place. The only requirements are that you’re over 18, available from 2pm Saturday 24 June to 2pm Sunday 25 June and can get yourself to Eastnor Park.
SSMM facts
The venue is Eastnor Deer Park on the Malvern Hills. It’s a proper classic XC course with tough hills and fun descents, at 10.5miles all in. Last year 1,894 riders (419 teams and 101 soloists) took part.

Just drop an email to [email protected], stating that you’re available for the weekend. We’ll also need to know your height, and what size jersey and shorts you normally ride.
The closing date is Tuesday 20 June – we’ll let the winners know first thing in the morning.
Good luck!
