We had some great bike suggestions in our first Gore Bike Wear sock giveaway, but as riders set out on the third stage of TransWales 2010, we have a new challenge.

Today, we here at Bikemagic want to know what one essential item you would include in your kitbag if you were preparing to ride a stage race?
