Sick of your helmet rolling about on the table or floor, nowhere to hang your jacket after a radical Vancouver “North Shore” style singletrack raid? then we’ve just found the site to provide the ultimate Canadian coathanger.
Toronto city are selling off several hundred hand painted fibreglass moose from their “Moose in the city” festival in a ‘charidee’ auction. The moose – sponsored by local firms and created by local artists – were scattered around the streets as a curious tourist attraction this summer, but now you can have one (or several) of your very own. Even better a third of the proceeds go to The Canadian Olympic Athletes Association.
Whether you intend to invest in heavily horned furniture or not, you simple have to check out the buyamoose website and scroll through the alphabetical selection.
At the moment we’re seriously tempted by “Canada’s First Firetruck” or the “Dazzle Moose” for that ‘minimalist lifestyle’ look.
