Downhill racing returns to the Bull Track in East Sussex on 1 August.
The organisers have made changes to the course since the last meeting on 6 June, with new features being added. While some changes to the course will be unveiled on race day, they are still keeping the focus of the series on grass roots racing.
The course itself is based on an open field, with flat turns and a few nice jumps blended in the keep it interesting. The jumps themselves can be rode-around or rolled, so it’s not a worry if you’re not an ambassador of air. The latter part of the course is wooded and naturally more technical, which can be the make or break for your run. Expect rocks, roots and berms to be present here.
