Fifth placed Mark Pollard led the Mid-Devon Cycling Club to the team prize at their own 25-mile Time Trial on the A38 between Buckfastleigh and Chudleigh.
Pollard finished in 55mins 34secs, two-and-a-half minutes behind winner John Bullingham (Camel Valley Wh).
Simon Aske was sixth in 56.02 and Neil Aggett (58.04 pb) completed the winning squad.
