The Mountain Hardwear Open5 Adventure Race moves to Grizedale Forest, in the heart of the Lake District, for the series finale on Sunday April 3.

The Open5 races give participants five hours to visit as many controls on the map as possible – some can only be reach by mountain bike, others by foot. 

Each control is worth varying amounts of points and, yes you guessed it, the competitor with the most points after five  hours wins.
