The John Flitch Memorial Duathlon will take place on January 2 for mountain bikers looking to stretch their legs this winter.

The 2.4-mile road run is followed by a nine-mile MTB leg, with a 4.5-mile cross country run to finish.

The event kicks off at 10:30am in Birchington-on-Sea, Kent and is an ideal opportunity to blow out any New Year cobwebs.
