The Mountain Hardwear Open5 series kicks off next month, a competitive winter series of adventure races open to solos and pairs.he first event is already attracting a healthy number of competitors out of their beds on a Sunday morning.

The events have experienced Adventure Racers at the helm to ensure that the courses don’t get predictable, taking in the best that the local area has to offer on MTB and on foot. The first event of the series is in the Lake District with serial adventure racer and local Anthony Cooper at the helm. Expect to pass through some amazing country side and experience some spectacular views.

Mountain Hardwear have also come up with over £5000 worth of prizes on offer throughout the series. Following last years successful top male/female series table another two £500 vouchers will be up for grabs for the highest scoring male/female racers over all five events.
