Those of a downward spiralling perversion will probably be delighted to hear that Dirt stalwart, photographer and writer Mike Rose, has been given the editorial hot seat. Mark Noble will now concentrate on the Ride BMX mag leaving the big man to take the Dowhill side on it’s next big leap.

Rose commented “It really is a dream job, I can think of no other magazine that I would want to work for. Dirt has come a long way in its brief history but has managed to inspire and influence a whole generation of people who just like to ride bicycles on dirt.”

“It is now my job to step it up another gear, to make Dirt the best magazine available by using not only myself but also the best photographers and journalists the industry has to offer.”
