ATB Sales Ltd have been advised by their suppliers that in some extreme circumstances, under severe compression, the internals of the original In-Sync Elixir 566 fork fitted to the B-17 can fracture or break. This may cause the ride of the fork to be impaired and consequentially render the fork sub standard.
In the interests of safety and as a precautionary proactive measure, they request that all known purchasers and or users of this model please:
stop riding their bike with immediate effect and contact the store from where it was originally purchased to arrange a mutually convenient time to have a replacement fork fitted free of charge.
