MILK RAS ; STAGE 3 Despite team managers instructions to lose the yellow jersey on day 3 of the Milk Ras Pro Vision-Powerbar rider Mark Lovatt went and increased his lead to 13 seconds . Amazingly Lovatt then faced a £ 100 fine from his team manager for failing to follow team orders and was also made to ride the extra 20 miles to the hotel after the stage . Meanwhile the stage was won by Julian Winn from pro vision teammate Wayne Randle , with John Tanner also safely in the lead group of 12 . This means the Pro Vision team of 3 riders are currently 1st Lovatt , 11 th Tanner up from 20th on GC , 14th Randle up from 25th . The 3 man team also moved up 3 minutes in the team classification and are now only 23 seconds off leading the team race ; an amazing feat since all the other teams have 6 counting riders . Tomorrow sees one of toughest stages of the race and the Provision team will be expecting Lovatt to lose the yellow jersey as they can have little chance of defending it all the way to Dublin on Sunday .
