The cyclist formerly known as the Pocket Rocket, reckons that he’s making a comeback. Though his moniker has been taken up by “maritial aid” sites the world over, Steve doesn’t see this is as a problem to his return to form.

“I’m looking for a waterproof glove to make training a bit more comfy” says Steve, “and then I’m off… honest.”

Steve’s been impressed by the performance of his Provision team in events over the last few weeks and has decided that he needs to make up numbers… “I want to make up the fourth man in the team time trial. These guys might be good but I don’t think they know how to suffer like we used to in the old days” said Steve, wearing his cuban heeled SPD shoes…
