Great news for people wanting to get a bicycle through the cycle to work scheme; Halfords has announced that you’ll now be able to register and receive your new bike on the same day.

Available now through Halfords and dedicated employer and employee web based portals at www.cycle2work.info, the new streamlined service ensures that once registration, application and letters of collection are completed the new bike can be rolled out of the shop on the same day.

The cycle to work scheme allows employees to acquire new bikes at savings of up to half price through tax incentives and the Halfords Cycle to Work offers employees a wide choice of bike brands including exclusive access to the Apollo, Carrera and Boardman ranges. The latter of which is designed by Olympic gold medal winner Chris Boardman.
