Fancy a triathlon with a difference? Rat Race Sports’ Green Belter Series combines running, mountain biking and kayaking through ancient forests, country estates, rolling hills, farmland, and rivers and lakes.
The five-race series kicks off on May 28 with the Thames Challenge in Hambleden before heading to the Pippingford Estate in Sussex on June 4.
The third event hits Bedgebury Forest in Kent on July 2, before the next race heads north of the border, to the Carron Valley Forest, near Denny, Stirlingshire on July 18. Yorkshire then hosts the series finale on July 30.
Competitors can take part individually or as a relay pair, with entry costing £45 and £90 respectively.
