The top boys at Biketreks bike shop in Ambleside are bouncing back from several months of foot and mouth siege conditions with a whole range of temptations.
For a start their local trail riding fanatics have put together a list of all newly opened access areas in the lakes, and they’ve even set up a ‘route reccomendation’ service for those unsure how to string wo bridlepaths together.
If the prospect of fantastic fresh riding isn’t enough to make you head north west, they’re also launching a “Sunday Specials” promotion where various items will be on sale cheap if you get your arse in gear and turn up at the shop before 12am on a Sunday. Perfect for pre ride retail therapy.
