“The GB Cross Country Mountain Bike team has some awesomely talented young riders, with a range of experience and skills. We’re looking for a coach with the skill, experience and creativity to work successfully to motivate and develop a small group of riders at different levels of development. The team is ambitious for success on the international stage, and this post would suit a qualified coach with a background of successes at International level. The post will involve considerable periods spent away from home, accompanying the team on training camps and races.”
