For the past three months we’ve given you the opportunity to enter our fantastic competition with our friends at Ford and Marin. We put up a Marin Quake XLT and Alpine Trail as prizes, and a staggering 3,000 of you entered.

All we asked was how many seats does the Car of the Year 2007 and Euro NCAP five star rated Ford S-MAX have? And pretty much most knew the right answer: seven seats. So, without further ado, the two winners are, taking home the Quake, Dave Andrews. And winning the Alpine Trail, Lawrence Park.

Dave is clearly more than happy with the result. “I’m over the moon with the win – it’s a great bike and I’d really like to thank Bikemagic for offering such a great prize in the first place. I can’t wait to get my hands on it and give it a good thrashing!”

Good was the response too from Lawrence. “Wow! I don’t often enter these competitions but entered this one on a whim whilst browsing the site. It’s the first time I’ve ever won anything in any competition so at first I thought your email was just a message to tell me to look at the site for find out the winner, then I thought it was a practical joke and after reading it a third time I decided it was for real. I couldn’t believe my luck! The Alpine Trail looks a great machine and being women specific I’ll have to get my wife or daughter out on the (summer) trails with me. Thanks very much indeed and keep up the good work on the site. The new look is great!”
