Alex Rankin’s Sprung and Earthed series will be screened exclusively at the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival – with former world downhill champion Steve Peat on hand for a Q&A after the show.

The screening, on Saturday March 5, will showcase action from all ten films in chronological order, before Peat, who won world gold in Canberra, Australia in 2009, takes to the stage.

Peat, who has notched up 17 World Cup wins over a career spanning more than a decade, will reveal how he has managed to stay on top of his sport and how he sees it developing in the future.
