The Ratz Rampage heads into the second round of the summer/autumn XC racer series. Each round is based on the classic Park Wood course at Checkendon, just north west of Reading. Categories for ages and abilities. No pre-entry, but turn up in plenty of time as numbers are limited to 100.

National 4X Series Round 6/7 – 16/17 August

UK Bikepark, Blandford

Blandford’s purpose built 4X track, built specially for the National Series, hosts this weekends weekend of 4X action. The highest wooden start hill and the longest start stright of the series this year should make for super fast racing.

Merida Bikes TransWales 2008 – 16-23 August

The second TransWales rolls into Builth Wells this weekend and puts forward an impressive 550km and 15,500m of climbing for the competitors taking part.
