Chris Akrigg has been seriously injured while filming his next video.

The daring trials rider has been left with a shattered leg and broken arm after falling while attempting a difficult line on a cliff jump.

Chris was operated on last night and has had a metal rod inserted through his leg which each of the four pieces of bone will be screwed to. His arm was also pinned in the four-hour surgery.
