Just a quick shout from 3 blokes – Roger Hughes, Alvin Jones and Mark Bishop – who are starting their Welsh Coast 2 Coast ride today, in aid of the Shooting Stars charity.

The route takes them 250 miles off road from north Wales to south, starting at Conwy Castle and finishing at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. The trails take them through Betwys y Coed on to Coed y Brenin then Machynlleth, down to and over the Brecons and on to South Wales and they hope to raise about £1000.
