The Bordon Enduro returns on Sunday October 24 with a four hour race for solos and pairs, two hour race for seniors and juniors and a one hour fun race for beginners.
The eight mile Hampshire circuit sees racing kick off at 10.30am and facilities include free parking on hard-standing ground, hot food, first aid, computerised results, commentary and prize ceremonies.
Former Southern XC champion and race organiser Chris Denman said: “This is the second time we have organised an enduro at Bordon and once again we will focus on designing a course that will challenge all abilities of rider – from the beginner to the seasoned racer.
“The great thing about Bordon is that it’s fairly flat but the twisty nature of the circuit means the faster you ride it the harder it becomes.
“We’ll make sure favourites such as the ‘Cresta Run’ stay in but we’ll also add a few new sections to keep the hardened racer on their toes.”
Race sponsor, Craig Bromley of RapidRacerProducts added: “Bordon is one of a small number of venues steeped in race heritage.
“It’s been part of the Southern XC series for many years and always produces fast and exciting racing.
“Our products are designed with the necessary functionality, performance and durability to withstand exactly this type of racing and we are pleased to be the sponsor of the 2010 Bordon Enduro.”
