This years Bontrager Twentyfour12 event was attended by a film crew from BBC1’s Countryfile programme.

Countryfile focuses on countryside and environmental stories, and on Sunday 4 November at 11am, a short film from the race will be aired. The show is regularly watched by over 2.5 million viewers.

But rather than just watching from the sidelines, Countryfile presenter Adam Henson got involved in the action, riding as part of Keith Bontrager’s team.

In other Twentyfour12 news, the 2008 round has been set for the weekend of 26/27 July 2008. A new venue has been picked, and as soon as we receive news of it you’ll be the first to know. Together with a new venue expect new categories, a whole new race within the race and an entertainment package.
