Holiday company flowmtb added Morocco its list of destinations last year and reckons it’s the ideal place for a riding trip this autumn.
Morocco isn’t the often a place that crops up when dreaming about places to go riding, but flowmtb say they’ve discovered plenty of “mule tracks that make for some awesome biking trails.”
Guy Bowden of flowmtb says “We found some of the best trails we’ve ever ridden and had some incredible experiences. I can t wait to go back with more keen adventurers.”
On this trip you’ll be properly looked after, with two guides per group and local drivers to transport to the best trails and save expending energy on boring fireroads. Flowmtb pick you up at Marrakech airport, where follows a day in the local town for tourist activities and assembling bikes. You then head out into the Atlas Mountains in search of adventure. All in all there are three nights in Marrakech, five nights in the mountains and six days biking.
The trip takes place from 18-26 October for €999. If you’re interested head over to www.flowmtb.com/trips/morocco for more info Sara on 020 8123 5654 or +33 688101757 to book your place.
Places are limited to 10 people, with two guides. We’ll quote this bit from the press release: “The trails are very challenging, and many have a high consequence if you go wrong. This holiday is for experienced mountain bikers who are happy on exposed trails and on rocky rooty descents.”
