Somerset’s finest caravans, carousing and cramp venue has released it’s “2001 – a race oddity” schedule with something for everyone at some point. They’ve got an Enduro (more details later) a Trailquest and the classic end of season XC, DH and Dual fest in October.
April 7th/8th 2001 – Cheddar Enduro
Broadway House has always been a great enduro centre in waiting. The abundance of trails that radiate out from the park, over such classic mtb playgrounds as the gorge and Blackdown ensure that this 8 hour enduro will be a truly memorable experience. For anyone who has ever raced at the Cheddar Challenge and felt a desire to check out the tempting terrain ‘off piste’, this is a must. Normal enduro rules apply and there will be full back up from the Cheddar Events team, for piece of mind and warmth of shower!
July 14th/15th 2001 – The Cheddar Challenge Trailquest
This is the second trailquest to be held at Broadway House and, jugdging by the success of the first, it will be even more popular this time around. As with the ‘Cheddar Enduro’ The Cheddar Challenge Trailquest will offer a superb ride through the west country’s finest hills and trails.
